Rates for 2020-2021 include electricity and water.
There is no ‘age limitation’ on any RV provided it is well maintained and shows “full pride of ownership”. However, we reserve the right to deny any RV which does not meet these conditions.
Early reservation available for one month to 178 days.
Payment is due in full at check-in time. Monthly stays are payable on the ‘anniversary’ date of arrival at the resort. Check-in rate will be locked-in with credit card on file.

If prepaid before a reservation starts, there is a 24-hr prior cancellation notice in effect for a full refund.
Group event reservations must give a 7-day advanced notice for a full refund.
A monthly prepaid reservation will be prorated to the weekly and daily rate if checking out before 30 days has elapsed.
